Need more hot food on the counter without taking up more bench? The Bonvue HD-318 builds upward: a square, 967mm high benchtop warmer with four adjustable shelves and 318 litres of capacity on a footprint just 800mm wide and 575mm deep. It holds +30°C to +60°C with digital control and display, with glass on several sides, LED lighting and sliding doors at the back. Compared with the HD-205, it is shallower and taller, swapping the angled design for a square one.

- Counter space: allow a strong bench at least 800mm wide and 575mm deep that can take 75 kg, and check the 967mm height clears any shelving or menu boards above.
