The Brenner BREE8-600GP is a 600mm freestanding induction griddle for cafes, burger bars and breakfast kitchens that want even plate heat without a gas connection. Its 18mm carbon steel plate gives a 520 x 560mm cooking area, adjustable from +80 to +300°C, with a grease tray and an undershelf for storage. If you need more plate, the BREE8-900GP gives you 820 x 560mm on the same 8 kW supply.

Good to know before you buy:
- Power: it runs on a 415V three-phase supply, which must be connected by a licensed electrician. We supply the equipment only.
- Using the plate: FED advises always running the griddle with food or cookware on the plate. Long heating with nothing on it can damage or discolour the plate.
- Access: packed, it is 680 x 890 x 1340 mm and the griddle weighs 84 kg. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises; standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking.
