For breakfast rushes and burger service that need plenty of plate, the Brenner BREE8-900GP gives you an 820 x 560mm cooking area on an 18mm carbon steel plate. Induction spreads heat evenly across the surface, with control from +80 to +300°C, and there is an undershelf below for storage. It is the 900mm version of the BREE8-600GP and still runs on 8 kW.

Good to know before you buy:
- Power: it needs a 415V three-phase connection, made by a licensed electrician. We supply the equipment only.
- Using the plate: always run it with food or cookware on the plate. FED warns that long heating with no load can damage or discolour the plate.
- Access: the packed unit is 980mm wide and 1340mm high, and the griddle weighs 115 kg. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises; standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking, so check doorways.

Is the 900mm model more powerful than the 600mm?
Both are rated at 8 kW on a 415V three-phase supply. The 900mm model gives you a wider 820 x 560mm plate.
How do I deal with the grease?
An integrated grease collection tray catches run-off from the plate, so cleaning down at the end of service is quicker.
