Brenner BREG8G-900 - Forge 800 Series 900mm Gas Griddle Top 3 Burner
The Brenner BREG8G-900 gives busy breakfast and burger kitchens 900mm of flat griddle with three burners underneath, rated at 102 MJ/h on Natural Gas or LPG. There is room to run eggs, bacon and patties at the same time, and an integrated flue helps vent heat and smoke. It sits between the 600mm and 1200mm Forge griddles and shares the 800mm depth of the rest of the Forge 800 line-up.

Good to know before you buy:
- Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG in the Gas Type option when you order. The gas type is built in at the factory.
- Installation: gas appliances must be installed by a licensed gas fitter, to local regulations and under suitable ventilation or an exhaust canopy. We supply the equipment only.
- Bench or stand: at 143 kg it needs a strong base. FED's 900mm stainless steel cabinet stand (BREG8-900E) is made for it. Ask us for a price.
- Access: delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, and standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking, so plan for a heavy lift.
