The BT-SB4-GRP6BM is a 1200mm wide bench mounted top that splits evenly between four 31 MJ open burners and a 600mm grill plate. It suits an all-day cafe where burners and the plate work equally hard. Compared with the BT-SB6-GRP3BM at the same width it gives up two burners for double the plate.

Good to know before you buy:

• Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG when you order, to match your gas supply.
• Installation: gas appliances must be connected by a licensed gas fitter, to local regulations and under a suitable exhaust canopy. We supply the equipment only.
• Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check doorways for a 1200 x 840 x 425 mm unit.

Common questions:

Is the plate thicker than on the BT-SB6-GRP3BM?
Yes. This 600mm plate is 16 mm thick, against 12 mm for the 300mm plate on the BT-SB6-GRP3BM.

Will it line up with other bench mounted units?
B+S Black bench mounted boiling tops and grill plates are 840 mm deep and 425 mm high, the same as this unit, so they sit level on one bench. The bench mounted char broilers are taller, at 525 mm, so their tops will not sit level with this one.

How is the gas load split?
On natural gas, the four open burners account for 124 MJ/h and the two grill plate burners for 44 MJ/h.
