The BT-SB6-CBR3 gives you six open burners and a 300mm char broiler on a 1200mm wide stand. It suits a busy restaurant or hotel kitchen with a full stovetop and a small char grill section. At 220 MJ/h on natural gas it has the highest gas load of the combination tops. The BT-SB6-GRP3 swaps the broiler for a grill plate, and the BT-GRP6-CBR6 is the same width with no open burners.

• Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG when you order, to match your gas supply.
• Installation: gas appliances must be connected by a licensed gas fitter, to local regulations and under a suitable exhaust canopy. We supply the equipment only.
• Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check doorways for a 1200 x 840 x 1030 mm unit.

How is the gas load split?
On natural gas, the six open burners account for 186 MJ/h and the char broiler burner for 34 MJ/h.

Is there a version with an oven underneath?
Yes. The OV-SB6-CBR3 has the same top over a gas oven in the same 1200 x 840 x 1030 mm size. It draws 249 MJ/h natural gas or 208 MJ/h LPG.

Is the char broiler big enough for a main grill?
With one 34 MJ U-burner and 300mm of grates it is a side section. If grilling is a main part of your menu, look at the 600mm char broiler on the BT-SB2-CBR6 or BT-GRP6-CBR6.
