The OV-SB6-CBR3 has six 31 MJ open burners, a 300mm char broiler, a gas oven and a 300mm storage cabinet across 1200mm. It suits a busy restaurant or hotel kitchen that grills as well as boils and bakes. The OV-SB6-GRP3 has a flat plate instead of grates, and the OV-SB4-CBR3 is the 900mm version without the cabinet.

• Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG when you order, to match your gas supply.
• Installation: gas appliances must be connected by a licensed gas fitter, to local regulations and under a suitable exhaust canopy. We supply the equipment only.
• Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check doorways for a 1200 x 840 x 1030 mm unit.

No, it has one oven, 785 mm wide inside, with the 300mm cabinet next to it.
