The K+ KOV-SB4 is a 600 mm gas range with four open burners over a full oven, for cafes, pubs and small restaurants that need both in one footprint. It is the narrowest K+ range. The KOV-SB6 adds two burners and a wider oven at 900 mm, and the KOV-SB8 goes to 1200 mm with a storage cabinet alongside the oven.

Good to know before you buy:

• Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG when you order, to match your gas supply.
• Installation: gas appliances must be connected by a licensed gas fitter, to local regulations and under a suitable exhaust canopy. We supply the equipment only.
• Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check doorways for a 600 x 840 x 1030 mm unit, about 150 kg.
• Options: B+S also offers non-swivel rear castors (set of two), a pilot light per burner and a spillage bowl. Ask us for a price.

Is the oven fan forced?
No, and the K+ ranges have no fan forced option. If you need one, the B+S Black OV-SB4 is the same size and offers it as an extra.

What fits in the oven?
The oven space is 630 mm deep, 485 mm wide and 290 mm high from the lowest rack position to the top panel. Check your trays against those figures.

How is the gas load split?
On natural gas, the four burners account for 120 MJ/h and the oven burner for 29 MJ/h.
