B+S Black GRP-6BM - 600mm Gas Grill Plate Bench Mounted

The GRP-6BM is the bench mounted version of the GRP-6, with a 600mm wide, 16mm thick plate in a 425 mm high frame and no stand. It suits a cafe or takeaway that has the bench space and wants a griddle without losing floor area. The cooking area is 595 x 550 mm, heated by two 22 MJ burners. The GRP-3BM is the smaller step, and the GRP-9BM goes to 900mm with a 20mm plate.

Good to know before you buy:

• Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG when you order, to match your gas supply.
• Installation: gas appliances must be connected by a licensed gas fitter, to local regulations and under a suitable exhaust canopy. We supply the equipment only.
• Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check doorways for a 600 x 840 x 425 mm unit.

Common questions:

What size bench do I need?
The unit is 600 mm wide and 840 mm deep, so your bench must take that footprint. It then stands 425 mm above the bench top.

Can I set each half of the plate differently?
Yes. The plate has two 22 MJ burners, and B+S fits each one with its own multi-setting gas valve.

One GRP-6BM or two GRP-3BM units?
Both take 600 mm and carry the same gas rating. The GRP-6BM gives one unbroken 16mm plate, while two GRP-3BM units give two separate 12mm plates and need two gas connections.
