B+S K+ KCBR-12 - 1200mm Gas Char Broiler on Stand
The B+S K+ KCBR-12 is the largest K+ char broiler, with four 34 MJ U burners across 1200 mm, for high volume grills in restaurants and hotels. It adds a fourth burner section to the 900 mm KCBR-9. If your menu mixes char and flat grilling, the KGRP-12 grill plate is the same width.

Common questions:
Char broiler or grill plate at this width?
This model cooks on cast iron J grates with radiant hoods, and the grates flip between inclined and flat. The KGRP-12 is the same width with a solid 20 mm steel plate, for food that needs a flat surface.
What should I plan for on delivery?
At 190 kg this is the heaviest K+ char broiler, so have people and a trolley or lifting gear ready at the front of your premises.
One KCBR-12 or two KCBR-6 units?
Both give 1200 mm of grates and the same gas rating. One KCBR-12 is a single 190 kg frame. Two KCBR-6 units weigh 200 kg together, but each piece is easier to move in.
