B+S K+ KCBR-3 - 300mm Gas Char Broiler on Stand
The B+S K+ KCBR-3 is a compact 300 mm gas char broiler on a stand, for small busy kitchens that want a char section without giving up much line space. One 34 MJ U burner runs under heavy cast iron grates. The KCBR-6, KCBR-9 and KCBR-12 use the same 300 mm sections in wider frames, adding a burner each time.

Common questions:
Char broiler or grill plate?
A char broiler cooks on cast iron grates over radiant hoods. If you want a flat surface instead, look at the same width KGRP-3 grill plate.
Does it need a power point?
No. It has a gas connection only, and the burner lights by piezo ignition.
KCBR-3 or KCBR-6?
The KCBR-3 suits a small side grill beside other equipment, with one burner section at 60 kg. The KCBR-6 doubles the grates with two burner sections, at 100 kg and 600 mm wide.
