B+S K+ KCBR-9 - 900mm Gas Char Broiler on Stand
The B+S K+ KCBR-9 is a 900 mm gas char broiler on a stand, with three 34 MJ U burners, for restaurants and hotels where the grill is a main station. It gives one more section than the KCBR-6 and one less than the 1200 mm KCBR-12. The multi-setting gas valve lets the cook set the flame for precise grilling.

- Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG when you order, to match your gas supply.
- Installation: gas appliances must be connected by a licensed gas fitter, to local regulations and under a suitable exhaust canopy. We supply the equipment only.
- Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check doorways for a 900 x 840 x 1030 mm unit, about 150 kg.

Common questions:
Char broiler or grill plate at this width?
This model cooks on cast iron J grates with radiant hoods, and the grates flip between inclined and flat. The KGRP-9 is the same width with a solid 20 mm steel plate, for food that needs a flat surface.
Is it easy to get into place?
It weighs 150 kg, so plan for help at delivery. Rear castors are not standard, but B+S offers them as an extra.
Why not three KCBR-3 units instead?
Three of them take the same 900 mm and the same gas, but total 180 kg against 150 kg here, and you would have three separate frames in the line.
