Conquest MPW8U2F - Double Solid Door Storage Fridge
For kitchens that go through a lot of chilled stock, the Conquest MPW8U2F offers 1250 litres behind two solid stainless steel doors. It is a workhorse for restaurants, clubs, pubs, aged care and catering kitchens, with shelves that take 2 x 1/1 GN pans sideways and GN rails supplied in each section. It has a removable top-mounted cooling unit and is rated for kitchens up to 38°C. It is the double door version of the MPW8U1F, and the LPW8U2F is the matching freezer.

- Access: the cabinet is 1370mm wide and 830mm deep. The height is listed as 1980mm in NovaChill's spec list and up to 2050mm on its website, so allow about 2.05 metres. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, and standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking.
- Airflow: with the cooling unit on top, keep the space above the cabinet clear and the condenser clean.
