Short on bench depth? The CookRite AT65G2B-C is part of CookRite's compact AT65 range, a 2 burner countertop gas cooktop just 650mm deep, 400mm wide and 485mm high. It has a 25 MJ/h front burner for fast boiling and searing, plus a 13 MJ/h rear burner for simmering, which suits small cafes, kiosks and back-up stations. Compared with the 800mm-deep AT80G2B-C, it trades a little power for a smaller footprint.

Why are the two burners different sizes?
Simco rates the front burner at 25 MJ/h and the rear at 13 MJ/h, so you have one high-heat burner and one gentler burner for holding and simmering.

Does it pair with a hotplate?
Yes. The AT65G4G-C hotplate has the same 400 x 650 x 485mm size, so the two sit side by side as a compact cook line.

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed gas fitter in your area.
