CookRite AT80G6G-F - 600mm Hotplate
The CookRite AT80G6G-F is a 600mm gas griddle on a stainless steel stand, a size that suits cafes doing breakfasts and burger bars doing steady lunch trade. Two 25 MJ/h burners (50 MJ/h in total) sit under a 16mm-thick flat plate, each with its own control, standby pilot and flame-failure protection. It is the mid-size stand model in Simco's 800 series hotplate range, between the 300mm AT80G3G-F and the 900mm AT80G9G-F.

Good to know before you buy:
- Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG from the Gas Type option when you order (same price).
- Installation: gas appliances must be installed by a licensed gas fitter to local regulations, under a suitable exhaust canopy. We supply the equipment only.
- Clearances: Simco's minimum is 152mm at the sides and rear from combustible walls, and 0mm from non-combustible walls.
- Access: packed it is 695mm wide and 117 kg, delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.

Common questions:
Can I run half the plate?
Yes. Each of the two burners has its own control, so you can heat one side only or set two different temperatures.
Hotplate or char grill: which do I need?
This hotplate has a flat 16mm-thick plate for eggs, pancakes and smashed burgers. The AT80G6C-F char grill has a cast-iron grill for grill marks on steaks and skewers.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed gas fitter in your area.
