Electmax EIC7-800P - 700 Series 4 Burner Induction Cooktop with Splashback on Stand
Four 5 kW induction burners on an 800mm stainless steel stand make the Electmax EIC7-800P a straightforward main cooktop for cafes and restaurants with a 700mm deep cooking line. Induction heats the pan directly, so it is fast to respond and puts less heat into the kitchen than gas. It sits between the 2 burner EIC7-400P and the 6 burner EIC7-1200P, with storage space underneath that can be closed in with optional doors.
