The ExtremePro NP-SiTngs is an 18 litre front-of-house high-speed oven that combines microwave with hot air impingement to cook toasties, pies, pastries and small plates in a fraction of normal oven time. It runs on single-phase 240V from a 15 amp outlet, so it can go on a cafe counter without a three-phase upgrade.
