The Velosi VHS015 is a compact countertop high speed oven that combines microwave, convection and impingement heating to cut cook times sharply while keeping results consistent. It is ventless, so it needs no extraction hood or ducting, which suits cafes, bars, convenience stores and kiosks that want to cook to order from a small footprint. Recipe programs are built around what you sell and can then be locked, so every staff member gets the same result. It runs on a 15 amp single-phase supply and comes with a loading shovel and two trays.

Good to know before you buy:
- Power: it has a 15 amp plug, so it needs a 15 amp power point (a standard power point is 10 amp). The circuit must also be protected by a D-curve circuit breaker, so have a licensed electrician check or install the circuit before it arrives. We supply the equipment only.
- Clearances: leave at least 52 mm above, 10 mm each side and 50 mm behind. With the door open it needs 843 mm of depth, so allow working room in front.
- Access: it weighs 52 kg and is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, so plan for two people to lift it onto the bench.
- Extra trays: spare and coloured trays, square pans, an egg mould tray and a gripper are sold separately.

Common questions:
Does it need an exhaust hood?
No. The Velosi is ventless, so it needs no extraction hood or ducting. Just keep the stated clearances around the oven.
What power does it need?
A 15 amp, single-phase power point, protected by a D-curve circuit breaker. If your site doesn't have one, a licensed electrician must install it. We supply the equipment only.
What comes in the box?
