The Fagor C-E711 combines a 720 x 455 mm electric solid top with a GN 2/1 static oven underneath, all in an 800mm freestanding Kore 700 unit. Four elements heat the four quarters of a 16mm steel plate independently, so pans can slide from a hot corner to a gentle one instead of being lifted between burners. It suits restaurants, cafes and pubs that cook on electric and want hob and oven in one footprint. The C-E710 is the same solid top without the oven.

• Power: FED specifies a hard-wired 415V three-phase connection (16.4 kW), installed by a licensed electrician. We supply the equipment only.
• Access: packed it is 840mm wide, 1255mm tall and 157 kg. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, so plan how you will move it inside.

What is a solid top?
Instead of separate burners, it has one continuous steel plate heated by four zones underneath. You can move pans across the plate to hotter or cooler areas.
