The Fagor C-E961OP is a 1200mm Kore 900 electric range with six 300 x 300 mm cast iron plates on top and a wide static oven measuring 1000 x 700 x 290 mm underneath. The "OP" marks this large-oven version, which gives you far more baking and roasting room than the GN 2/1 oven in the 800mm C-E941. With 36 kW on three-phase power, it suits hotels, clubs and institutional kitchens cooking in volume.

Good to know before you buy:

• Power: at 36 kW on 415V three-phase, this is a big electrical load. A licensed electrician must connect it and confirm your switchboard can supply it. We supply the equipment only.
• Access: packed it is 1240mm wide, 1022mm deep and 1255mm tall. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, so check doorways and plan for lifting equipment.
