For large functions, banqueting and institutional catering, the Fagor ECFF-40HC is a two-door refrigerated distribution trolley that takes 40 GN 2/1 trays and holds them at +2°C to +8°C. Plate cold dishes in the kitchen, load them in, and roll the whole lot to the point of service. It is 1516mm wide, with more than double the tray capacity of the single-door ECFF-20HC.

Good to know before you buy:

• Access: packed, it is 1545mm wide, 1870mm high and 193 kg. Measure doorways, lifts and corridors on your route, as it needs to move freely in service. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.
• Power: 240V single-phase power, rated at 10 A.
• Airflow: keep the vents clear and leave space around the trolley when it is running.
• Not included: GN containers and trays are sold separately as accessories.

Common questions:

How many grids come with it?
Ten stainless steel GN 2/1 grids are supplied. It takes up to 40 GN 2/1 trays at 60mm spacing, and epoxy grids are available on request. Ask us for extras.

What temperature does it hold?
+2°C to +8°C, controlled by an electronic controller with a digital display that also manages defrosting.

Do the doors close by themselves?
Yes. The hinges have an automatic closing mechanism, so a door left at less than 90° swings fully shut. Both doors also lock with a key.
