Fagor B-G7051 - Kore 700 Series Industrial Gas Chargrill
The Fagor B-G7051 is a 400mm freestanding gas chargrill from the Kore 700 Series, for pubs, cafes and restaurants that want real chargrill marks on steaks, burgers, chicken and vegetables. A group of three high-efficiency tube burners with a radiant deflector heats reversible grill sections to around 400°C, sealing food fast so it stays juicy inside. It is the half-module partner to the 800mm B-G7101, and is available for Natural Gas or LPG at the same price.

- Reversible grills in 170mm wide sections that lift out without tools: ridged on one side for meat, flat on the other for fish and vegetables
- Grills reach around 400°C to seal the surface quickly
- Group of three high-efficiency tube burners with a radiant deflector
- Safety valve with thermocouple, and electric multi-spark ignition with a manual lighting access tube
- Grease opening with a collection tray; add water to the tray to grill in a gently steamy atmosphere
- Removable 130mm high stainless steel splash guards

Good to know before you buy:
- Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG when you order (same price), and make sure it matches your gas supply.
- Installation: gas appliances must be installed by a licensed gas fitter, to local regulations and under suitable ventilation or an exhaust canopy. We supply the equipment only.
- Ventilation: chargrilling makes plenty of smoke and grease vapour, so plan for a suitable exhaust canopy.
- Access: packed it is only 422mm wide but 1255mm tall (65 kg), delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.

Why add water to the grease tray?
Fagor designed the trays to take water. Heat from the burners turns it into low-intensity steam, so food grills in a humid environment.
