The Flaem Nuova V704 PK1 (Jumbo Magic Vac) is a stainless steel external vacuum sealer with a 40 cm sealing bar and a self-lubricating double pump rated for heavy duty use. It suits cafes, delis, butchers and small kitchens that want to vacuum pack bags and containers without the bench space or weight of a chamber machine. At 12.4 kg it is far lighter than the Sammic chamber packers, which have a sealed chamber and sensor control for packing liquids.

Common questions:

What is the difference between the automatic and manual cycles?
The automatic cycle extracts the air and seals in one go. The manual cycle keeps extracting until you press S, which stops extraction and seals straight away. Flaem recommends that for fragile foods in bags.

Can it vacuum containers?
Yes. Use the C function with the connection tube and the accessory socket on the machine to vacuum containers and stoppers.

Can it handle wet or powdery foods?
It has three sealing time settings, which help with wet bags, a pull-out washable condensate tray, and a filter that protects the pump when you pack powders such as flour, coffee or sugar.
