The Food Tek IPC90 is a 90 litre front-loading insulated carrier for keeping GN 1/1 pans of food hot or cold on the move. Caterers, function centres, schools and kitchens that send meals between sites can load pans through the front door, then wheel the carrier away on its built-in wheels. Its double-thickness food-grade polyethylene body is filled with polyurethane foam, and door gaskets help hold temperature. It is rated safe from -40°C to 80°C, so the same carrier can handle chilled and hot food.
