The Food Tek JW-S102 is a 102 litre mobile ingredient bin for flour, sugar, rice and other dry goods in bakeries, pizzerias and restaurant kitchens. It rolls on castors, so you can keep bulk ingredients under the bench and pull the bin out to where you're working. The see-through lid shows what's inside at a glance, and the bin is made from food-grade polycarbonate and polypropylene for storing, moving and measuring food. It is the larger of the two Food Tek bins; the JW-S81 holds 81 litres in a narrower body.
