Gasmax PC150-9 - Gas Pasta and Noodle Cooker 9 Baskets
Nine baskets in one tank let the Gasmax PC150-9 cook pasta, noodles or dumplings for a full table at once, which suits busy Italian restaurants, noodle houses and function kitchens. The 34 litre stainless steel tank has a front water inlet and an overflow system that removes excess starch, and the thermostat runs from 93°C to 204°C with a 232°C safety high limit. It is the larger partner to the six-basket PC150-6, at 571mm wide.

- Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG when you order. Note the LPG version is rated higher, at 190 MJ/h.
- Installation: gas appliances must be installed by a licensed gas fitter, to local regulations and under a suitable exhaust canopy. We supply the equipment only.
- Water and drain: it has a front water inlet, an overflow and a drain valve, so plan the water supply and drainage with a licensed plumber.
- Access: it weighs 101 kg and is 1293mm high. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, so check doorways and arrange lifting help.
