Gasmax QR-48E - 1200mm Gas Char Grill Top 8 Burner
The Gasmax QR-48E is the largest char grill top in the Gasmax QR range: 1218mm wide with eight burners, built for high-volume grills, steakhouses and function kitchens. With a control for each burner you can run the whole grill flat out on a busy night or light only part of it in quieter times. Choose it over the 900mm QR-36E when one grill has to keep up with a full dining room.

Good to know before you buy:
- Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG when you order, to match your gas supply.
- Installation: gas appliances must be installed by a licensed gas fitter, to local regulations and under suitable ventilation or an exhaust canopy. A grill this size produces plenty of smoke and heat, so plan the canopy carefully. We supply the equipment only.
- Gas supply: at 176 MJ/h (natural gas) this is a big load. Ask your gas fitter to check your meter and pipework can supply it with your other gas equipment running.
- Access: it is over 1.2 metres wide and heavy, so check doorways and arrange people or a trolley. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.

Do I have to run all eight burners at once?
No. Each burner has its own control knob, so you can light only the section you need.
Is there a stand and basting rail to suit?
Yes. FED offers the QR-48-SEN stainless steel stand and the removable QR-48-BR basting rail for this model. Ask us for prices.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed gas fitter in your area.
