The HT Barnes Junior is a compact, heavy-duty butcher's bandsaw made in Australia from 304 food-grade stainless steel. It cuts pieces up to 275mm high and 305mm wide, which suits butcher shops, delis and commercial kitchens cutting chops, steaks and bone-in portions every day. HT Barnes dates back to 1945 and works with WorkCover and Australian Standards so its machines meet the intent of current health and safety rules. For larger primals, the Blademaster MK3 offers a 405 x 435mm cutting clearance.

- Power: the Junior runs on three-phase power, so it must be connected by a licensed electrician. We supply the equipment only.
- Access: at 160 kg and 1725mm tall, it is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking, so check doorways and plan for lifting.
- Floor space: it needs a floor area of 670 x 860mm, plus room for the operator and product handling around the table.
