ICS Pacific Pavia 80H - Countertop Heated Food Display 350mm 76L
Taking up just 350mm of bench, the ICS Pacific Pavia 80H is a slim countertop pie warmer for coffee shops, service stations and canteens that want hot pies and pastries on show without losing counter space. It heats up to 90°C and works without a fan, using a water tray to keep food moist rather than drying it out. It holds 76 litres, or about 27 pies according to ICS Pacific, on three adjustable chrome shelves, and it is the narrowest of the four Pavia sizes.
