The Jasper JA-3DB is an 1800mm triple wok range for high-volume Asian restaurants, food courts and yum cha kitchens that run three woks at once. Each of its three 14 inch wok holes has a duckbill burner rated at 100 MJ/h on natural gas or 80 MJ/h on LPG, for 300 MJ/h or 240 MJ/h in total. It's the largest wok range in Simco's Jasper line, with the same waterless design, FailSafe flame-failure protection and high splashback with shelf as the single and double models.

Good to know before you buy:

• Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG from the Gas Type option when you order (same price).
• Installation: it must be installed by a licensed gas fitter to AS/NZS 5601 and local regulations, under an exhaust canopy. We supply the equipment only.
• Gas supply: 300 MJ/h on natural gas is a big load. Your gas fitter should check your meter and pipework before you order.
• Water and drain: the water and drain connections must be done by a licensed plumber.
• Access: the crate is 1880mm long, 1315mm tall and 251 kg. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, so plan the route inside and have enough people or equipment to move it.

What size woks can I use?
The wok holes are 14 inch nominal, and Simco says they suit woks from 14 to 20 inches.

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed gas fitter, and the water and drain by a licensed plumber, in your area.
