Jasper JA-2DB - Double Wok Burner Range
Two woks firing side by side is the backbone of most busy Asian kitchens, and the Jasper JA-2DB is built for exactly that. This 1200mm double wok range has two 14 inch wok holes, each over a duckbill burner, for 200 MJ/h on natural gas or 160 MJ/h on LPG in total. It sits between the single JA-1DB and the triple JA-3DB in Simco's Jasper range, with the same waterless wok design, FailSafe flame-failure protection and high splashback with shelf.

Good to know before you buy:
- Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG from the Gas Type option when you order (same price).
- Installation: a licensed gas fitter must install it to AS/NZS 5601 and local regulations, and Simco requires an exhaust canopy over it. We supply the equipment only.
- Water and drain: a licensed plumber needs to connect the water supply and drain.
- Gas supply: at 200 MJ/h on natural gas, have your gas fitter confirm your meter and pipework can keep up.
- Access: the crate is 1280mm wide, 1315mm tall and 177 kg, delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check doorways and arrange help to move it.

Common questions:
How much room do I need around it?
Simco specifies 350mm at the sides, 150mm at the back and 1500mm above from flammable surfaces, and the canopy must extend at least 150mm past the unit.
Can I get a chimney burner instead?

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed gas fitter, and the water and drain by a licensed plumber, in your area.
