Baron Q90PC/WOK401 - Queen 9 Induction Wok 400mm
Built for the heavy-duty, 900mm-deep Queen 9 line, the Baron Q90PC/WOK401 is an electric wok with induction heating in a 400mm bench-top module. Its single 300mm zone delivers 5 kW, detects the pan automatically and is protected against overheating, under an unbreakable glass-ceramic top. It suits Asian, fusion and pub kitchens that want a dedicated wok station on the same depth as their other Queen 9 equipment; the Q70PC/WOK401 is the 700mm-deep Queen 7 version.

Good to know before you buy:
- Power: it needs a 400V three-phase supply (5 kW), connected by a licensed electrician. Give your electrician the spec sheet so the connection matches. We supply the equipment only.
- Wok: the zone heats only when it detects a suitable pan, so use an induction-ready wok.
- Base: Scots Ice lists the 90CAV4 floor stand and the 90VA400 open cabinet for this bench-top unit, sold separately.
- Access: delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside or unpacking.
