For big prep runs, banqueting and catering, the Modular Systems 404090 carries 32 gastronorm pans in two side-by-side columns of 16. It has the same 550mm depth and 1735mm height as the 16-pan 393577, but at 740mm wide it carries double the pans, so you can move a large batch of prepped food in one go. The frame is 201 grade stainless steel with safety rods and 100mm castors, two of them braked.
