The Modular Systems 413479 holds 16 standard 400 x 600mm baking trays on a 470 x 620mm frame, letting bakeries and pastry kitchens rack up a full batch and wheel it between bench, proofer and oven. It stands 1735mm high, 65mm lower than the otherwise similar 404091. Built from 201 grade stainless steel with safety rods and 100mm castors, two braked.
