Need a compact electric cooking station with its own extraction? The HB1500-750 combines a 1500mm wide, 750mm deep 304 stainless steel workbench with a filtered range hood above it. It takes 3 or 4 electric appliances up to 8 kW in total, including a three-phase unit, under LED lighting and a three-stage filter set. It's 300mm wider than the HB1200-750, and the HB1500-850 offers the same width with an extra 100mm of depth.

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: the packed unit is about 1600 x 850 x 1500 mm and heavy, so check doorways and plan for several people to move it. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises; standard delivery doesn't include carrying it inside or unpacking.
- Installation: it must be installed to your local regulations and council requirements, including any ducting required, by licensed trades. Electrical work, including hooking up a three-phase appliance, must be done by a licensed electrician. We supply the equipment only.
- Filters: budget for a new polyester filter every 8–12 weeks and a new carbon filter every 12 months.
