The Nemox Gelato 4K Touch i-Green is a fully automatic benchtop gelato machine with a touch screen, making 1.4 to 1.5 litres per batch in 12 to 15 minutes, or more than 5.6 litres an hour. It suits cafes, restaurants and dessert bars that want quick batches with very little hands-on time. Its batches are quicker than the Chef 5L's 20 to 25 minutes, while the 5K Crea SC adds four production programs and a bigger 3.2 litre bowl.

Can I add mix-ins while it churns?
Yes. The lid has an opening for adding ingredients during operation, and a sensor stops the blade turning if the lid is lifted.

Can I make batches back to back?
Yes. Lift out the removable bowl with the finished gelato and you can begin the next batch in the fixed bowl straight away.
