The Polaris HPXS 40 TNN is a slimline upright fridge from the Handy range, just 600 mm wide and 600 mm deep, yet holding 320 litres at -2°C to +8°C. It is made for kitchens where floor space is tight, such as small cafes and bars, or as a second fridge at the end of a cookline. It is rated for room temperatures up to 43°C, and the HPXS 40 BT is the matching freezer in the same cabinet.

Good to know before you buy:

• Access: at 600 mm wide it fits through most doorways, but it is 1930 mm tall (2050 mm packed). It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.
• Power: runs on standard single-phase 240V power, 0.28 kW.
• Airflow: the refrigeration unit uses forced top-down ventilation, so leave clear space above the cabinet and keep the vents unobstructed.

Common questions:

Will GN pans fit?
The shelves are 420 x 430 mm and the internal space is 435 mm wide and 450 mm deep, so it is designed around its own grids rather than GN pan sizes. For 2/1 GN storage, look at the Rocket R70TNN.

Does it lock?
Yes. A door lock is supplied as standard.

Can I keep HACCP records?
Yes. The USB port transfers recipes and HACCP records.
