The SU-604GP is a floorstanding Sensor Ultra chamber packer with a 40 m³/h Busch pump, a 672 x 481 x 200 mm chamber and a choice of seal bar layouts. It suits butchers, caterers and food producers who want stored programs, Bluetooth, a printer connection for labels and gas flush on a high-volume machine. The SE-604 has the same pump and chamber with simpler controls, and the SU-606GP has a 63 m³/h pump.

Good to know before you buy:

• Power: needs a 3-phase 400 V supply with a 5-pin connection. No plug is supplied, so it must be connected by a licensed electrician.
• Seal bars: 1 x 413mm + 1 x 656mm (SU-604GP): a short and a long bar (1069 mm in total), so wide bags go on the long bar and smaller ones on the short bar in the same cycle. 2 x 465mm (SU-604GP CC): two equal bars (930 mm) for two rows of similar sized bags.
• Lead time: Sammic brings this model in to order, so allow extra time. Ask us for a current lead time.
• Delivery: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check doorways and floor space for a 740 x 566 x 997 mm unit, about 146 kg.
• Installation: must be connected by a licensed electrician. We supply the equipment only.

Common questions:

Can it print labels?
It has a printer connection, but the printer is extra. Sammic offers an RB desktop printer and thermal labels for its SU machines. Ask us for a price.

Is the gas for the gas flush included?
The gas flush system is built in (4+2 injectors on the 413 + 656 mm version). The gas itself is not part of the machine, so you need your own supply of a suitable inert gas to use it.

Can it vacuum containers?
Yes. It is Vac-Norm ready with automatic decompression, so it works with Sammic Vac-Norm containers through the external vacuum kit, sold separately.
