The SU-6160GP is the largest vacuum packer we list from Sammic: a double chamber Sensor Ultra machine with a tilting stainless steel lid and a 155 m³/h Busch pump. Each of its two 662 x 656 x 205 mm chambers has two 662 mm sealing bars. It suits food producers, meat processors and central kitchens with high daily output. The SU-6100GP is the same machine with a 100 m³/h pump and a 2.2 kW load.

Common questions:

Is the gas for the gas flush included?
The gas flush system with 2 x (4+4) injectors is built in. The gas itself is not part of the machine, so you need your own supply of a suitable inert gas to use it.

Can it pack soft or porous products?
Yes. Its staged vacuum program removes air in steps, drawing out air trapped inside soft and porous products that a single stage would leave in.

How does the vacuum compare with a benchtop model?
Sammic lists a maximum vacuum of 0.5 mbar for this machine, against 2 mbar for its benchtop Sensor Ultra models such as the SU-520GP.
