Sammic UX-120SBC DD - Pass Through Dishwasher, 500mm Basket, 3-Phase

Sammic UX-120SBC DD - Pass Through Dishwasher, 500mm Basket, 3-Phase

The UX-120SBC DD is a hood-type pass through dishwasher for 500 x 500 mm baskets, with 430 mm of clearance under the hood and cycles from 60 seconds. It suits busy restaurants, hotels, clubs, and school or aged care kitchens that wash a steady flow of baskets between a dirty and a clean bench. It is the standard 500 mm model in the range: the UX-120SBCV DD adds a steam condenser, and the UX-150 models take a larger 600 x 500 mm basket.

Key features:

• Sani-Control: Sammic's disinfection guarantee to standard DIN 10534
• Thermal Lock keeps the rinse at the right temperature for the entire program, with a constant high temperature rinse system and a pressure pump for an effective high-pressure rinse
• "Flow" opening mechanism, so the hood lifts with less effort
• Colour LCD screen with icon program selection, colour coding and a temperature display
• Wash Plus+ function for a more intense wash, and adjustable settings to suit your kitchen
• Soft Start brings the wash pump up gradually to protect fragile items
• Hydroblade wash arms with redesigned nozzles, in a one-piece design that resists knocks
• 3-stage filter system (surface, tank and extraction) with stainless steel surface filters for heavy use
• Double-walled hood for heat retention and lower noise, and an IP65 rated control panel

Common questions:

Will it take gastronorm pans and trays?
Yes. Sammic rates the load height as suitable for GN 1/1 pans and Euronorm trays, as well as plates and glasses in the supplied baskets.

Does it come with benches either side?
No, the price is for the machine and its baskets. Sammic offers tables for pass through dishwashers, prewash tables, central sorting tables and connecting tables as extras. Ask us for a price on the layout you need.

Does it need a water softener?
One isn't included. Sammic offers manual and automatic water softeners and the OS-140 reverse osmosis unit as extras, worth asking about if your area has hard water.
