The UX-120SBCV DD is a hood-type pass through dishwasher for 500 x 500 mm baskets with a steam condenser built in at the factory to cut the steam released into the room. It suits busy restaurants, hotels, clubs, and school or aged care kitchens where the dish area gets hot and humid. It shares its basket, 430 mm load height and 60 to 210 second cycles with the UX-120SBC DD, which has no condenser.

Good to know before you buy:

• Power: needs a 3-phase 400 V supply, connected by a licensed electrician. No plug is supplied.
• Water: needs a water connection and drain, connected by a licensed plumber. It is Watermark approved.
• Delivery: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. The crate is 760 x 860 x 2050 mm and about 170 kg, so check doorways and ceiling heights on the way in.
• Installation: must be connected by a licensed electrician and plumber. We supply the equipment only.

Common questions:

How much difference does the steam condenser make?
Sammic says it reduces the steam released into the room by more than 75%, and lists environmental and energy efficiency benefits. The trade-off against the UX-120SBC DD is a taller machine (2035 mm against 2000 mm at the upper figure) and 24 kg more weight.

Will it take gastronorm pans and trays?
Yes. Sammic rates the load height as suitable for GN 1/1 pans and Euronorm trays, as well as plates and glasses in the supplied baskets.

Does it come with benches either side?
No, the price is for the machine and its baskets. Sammic offers tables for pass through dishwashers, prewash tables, sorting tables and manual or automatic water softeners as extras. Ask us for a price on the layout you need.
