Sammic UX-150SBC DD - XL Pass Through Dishwasher, 600 x 500mm Basket

Sammic UX-150SBC DD - XL Pass Through Dishwasher, 600 x 500mm Basket

The UX-150SBC DD is an XL hood-type pass through dishwasher that takes a 600 x 500 mm basket with 430 mm of load height, sized for trays, GN 1/1 pans and Euronorm trays as well as plates and glasses. It suits restaurants, hotels, function venues, bakeries and institutional kitchens that wash a lot of large items. It has a 2 hp wash pump and a top-mounted control panel. The UX-150SBCV DD is the same size with a steam condenser, and the UX-120 models take the standard 500 x 500 mm basket.

Key features:

• Sani-Control: Sammic's disinfection guarantee to standard DIN 10534
• Thermal Lock keeps the rinse at the right temperature for the entire program, and a pressure pump gives an effective high-pressure rinse
• Top-mounted control panel that is quick to read and suits corner layouts, with a colour LCD screen, icons and a temperature display
• "Flow" opening mechanism, so the hood lifts with less effort
• Wash Plus+ function for a more intense wash, and adjustable settings to suit your kitchen
• Soft Start brings the wash pump up gradually to protect fragile items
• 3-stage filter system (surface, tank and extraction) with stainless steel surface filters for heavy use
• Double-walled hood for heat retention and lower noise, and an IP65 rated control panel

Common questions:

When is the larger basket worth it?
When trays and large pans make up a big part of the wash. The 600 x 500 mm basket is 100 mm longer than the 500 x 500 mm basket of the UX-120 models. If you mostly wash plates, cups and glasses, a UX-120 does the job in a narrower body (650/725 mm wide against 730/810 mm).

Does it come with benches either side?
No, the price is for the machine and its baskets. Sammic offers tables for pass through dishwashers, prewash and sorting tables, connecting tables for two hood-type machines, an external control panel and special baskets for plastic glasses. Ask us for a price on the layout you need.

Can the wash arms be taken apart for cleaning?
Yes. Sammic's spec sheet says the diffusers on the stainless steel wash arms come off without tools for maintenance and cleaning.
