The Santos #37-4I is a heavy duty kitchen blender with a 4 litre stainless steel jug and Santos's patented Santosafe locking system, which holds the jug and lid in place while it runs so staff can work hands free. Its commercial motor is adapted to intensive use, and its highly resistant blades quickly crush hard ingredients such as ice cubes and lobster shells. It suits restaurant, hotel and catering kitchens blending large batches. The #37-2I is the same blender with a 2 litre jug, while the brushless #66 and #62 are built for drinks.

Can I blend hot preparations?
Yes. Santos says the #37 mixes all kinds of hot and cold preparations, so it handles soups and sauces as well as cold blends.

Which speed should I use?
Santos's speed guide runs from agitating and mashing at the low end, through whipping and mixing, to grinding and liquefying near 15,000 rpm. Use the pulse setting for short bursts at full power.

Is there a clear jug option?
Yes. Polycarbonate jugs (BPA free) are available on request if you prefer to see the mix. Ask us for a price.
