This single tier ambient display case from Sayl in Spain keeps muffins, biscuits and other items that don't need refrigeration covered and on show at the counter. At just 200mm high it sits low on the bench, and staff serve through rear sliding perspex doors. It has tempered glass and comes in kit form.
