The Sayl Logic SDS1320 is a countertop sushi display, made in Spain, that holds 6 x 1/3 GN trays (supplied) of sushi or sashimi at 0°C to 4°C on a cold plate with a frost coil. It has sliding glass doors that lift out for cleaning, LED lighting, glass sides and adjustable feet, needs no installation and plugs into a standard power point.
