The FED Thermaster SSS4 is a slim countertop sushi showcase that sits on your sushi bar or service counter and keeps sushi and sashimi on show at 0°C to +5°C. It comes with 4 x 1/3 GN pans and cools from both a top evaporator and a chilled base. At 1199mm wide and only 289mm high, it is the smaller of the two Thermaster sushi showcases; the SSS7 runs to 1800mm with 7 pans.

Good to know before you buy:
- Pre-chill: the showcase is a holding unit, so FED says product needs to be pre-chilled to below 5°C before it goes in.
- Bench space: it needs a counter at least 1199mm long and 391mm deep. Leave some room around it so it can breathe.
- Access: the carton is about 1281 x 532 x 471 mm, delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside or unpacking.
