FED Thermaster SSS7 - Countertop Sushi Display Showcase 7x GN 1/3 1800mm
For a full sushi bar display, the FED Thermaster SSS7 runs 1800mm along the counter with 7 x 1/3 GN pans included, almost double the 4-pan SSS4. It holds sushi and sashimi at 0°C to +5°C, cooling from a top evaporator and a chilled base, with digital control. It stands only 289mm high and 391mm deep, so it sits neatly along a sushi bar or service counter.

Good to know before you buy:
- Bench space: you'll need a counter at least 1800mm long and 391mm deep, with a power point nearby.
- Pre-chill: FED says product must be pre-chilled to below 5°C before loading, as the showcase holds temperature rather than chilling product down.
- Access: the carton is about 1890 x 540 x 470 mm. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, and standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside or unpacking.
