The SCooker DLGB2N-C4D8 is a two zone infrared electric cooktop for a cafe or small kitchen that needs a couple of pans going beside a griddle or fryer. It is 400 mm wide, with two 2.4 kW zones under seamless glass, for 4.8 kW in total. It is the smallest SCooker infrared top: the DLGB4N-C9D6 and DLGB6N-C14D4 double and triple the zones, and the oven versions start at 800 mm.

How big a pan suits each zone?
Each glass plate is 300 x 300 mm, but the heating section is a 200 mm circle, so a pan close to that size makes the most of the heat.
