The SCooker DLPP12N-C13D5 is the largest SCooker electric smooth griddle, for busy restaurants and takeaways that run most of a menu across one flat top. Its 1080 x 440 mm cooking area sits on a 20 mm steel plate and draws 13.5 kW. It has the same depth, height and controls as the 400 mm and 800 mm models, with nearly four times the plate width of the DLPP4N-C4D5.

Good to know before you buy:

• Installation: must be connected by a licensed electrician, to AS/NZS 3000. It needs a 3-phase supply. We supply the equipment only.
• Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check doorways for a 1200 x 750 x 905 mm unit, about 155 kg.

Common questions:

Is the plate the full 1200 mm wide?
No. The cooking area is 1080 mm wide and 440 mm deep. The rest of the 1200 mm is the cabinet body around it, so plan your menu around the 1080 mm figure.

Electric or the induction HLPP12N-C12?
This electric model draws 13.5 kW and 20 A per phase and weighs 155 kg. The induction model draws 12 kW and 18 A per phase and weighs 180 kg, with a variable power knob and display instead of temperature knobs.

Can I get a different griddle plate?
B+S offers a grooved griddle plate, a chrome plated griddle plate and combination smooth and grooved plates on request. Ask us before you order so we can check with B+S.
