The SCooker HLKP4N-C6 is a 400 mm induction griddle with a 20 mm grooved steel plate, rated at 6 kW. It suits a small kitchen that wants grill lines on steak, chicken or burgers but only has a narrow gap on the line. It is the smallest grooved griddle in the range, and the 600 mm HLKP6N-C6 has the same 6 kW over a wider plate.

Common questions:
What is different from the smooth HLPP4N-C6?
Only the plate surface. Size, power, temperature range and controls are the same. Grooved leaves grill lines, while a smooth plate is the better choice for eggs, pancakes and anything runny.
Does it need gas or water?
No. The only connection is electrical, so there is no gas line or plumbing to arrange for this griddle.
How does the 400 mm compare with the 600 mm on heat?
Both are rated 6 kW, so the 400 mm concentrates the same power into a plate 200 mm narrower. Choose the 600 mm if you need the room more than the concentration of heat.
